The place is very breath taking, such a well designed masterpiece. Ranging from the amenities, the accommodating staff and the welcoming environment you will get. I'll be more than happy to go back again.

Building Admin: 2/10 (incompetent.) Guards: 3/10 (Will make your guest feel uncomfortable and even you as a unit owner, basically they are only good on those unit owners that give them money/tips) Amenities: 4/10 (commercial spaces owned by Maui Oasis can only be accessible by the users of El Pueblo Condominium for free, Maui Oasis Residents must need to pay 150Php to have access cards just to access the commercial spaces that is accessible for free by the residents of neighboring condo) Parking Spaces: 3/10 *!!!Not a Pet Friendly Condo!!!* Maraming mas magandang condo jan, wag na sa Maui.

(This review is based on my experience before the pandemic) The condominium itself is good. The amenities are great except for the some. The clubhouse has a LOT of mosquitoes so if you don't want to catch dengue, do not stay in the clubhouse. The playgrounds are great, but if you stay there in groups, the guard will tell you to go and stay inside your units. RUDE. The parking lot has a LOT of stray cats. They breed there and the management is not doing anything about it. If you are staying in a unit that faces the driveway and decide to put your clothes out on the balcony to dry, the guards will knock on your door and tell you to put away all of it. Lastly, the aircon slot for buildings 1,2,3 and 4 are placed below. Not good for efficient cooling.

It is clean and it is complete with the basic necessities. We are satisfied with the place and we enjoyed staying here. I will definitely come back.
